Description
Provides direct care to residents of Oaks on Parkwood Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) as needed in accordance with care plan, policies and procedures, and nursing standards of care.
Requirements
Education
Must have successfully completed an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program and be currently licensed by the State of Alabama.
Experience
One (1) year experience in an assisted living facility or other related health care facility preferred.
