On Sunday June 23, Noland Health Services retirees and former long-time employees of the Lloyd Noland Hospital and Health Center gathered at Noland Health’s Oaks on Parkwood senior living community for a 100th Anniversary Reunion. The large group of attendees filled the Oaks’ Noland Hall community center as Noland Health President and CEO, Gary Glasscock welcomed back the special group of folks who made invaluable contributions to Noland’s mission.

“You are the reason we can celebrate this elite milestone that only a small number of organizations achieve,” said Glasscock. “Noland’s century of service is not about bricks and mortar, but about the people who have given of themselves to care for those we serve.”

“It was great to come back and see so many of the folks I worked closely with for a lot of years,” said Grant Sims, retired Director of Plant Operations for Lloyd Noland Hospital. Guests also included Noland’s chairman of the board, Leon Hamrick, Sr., M.D.  Dr. Hamrick holds the record for the longest years of service with Noland.
